Decor
I finally hung my chandelier and two shelves. I unassembled at ikea dresser and the chandelier is now above where the dresser previously was. I mounted a glass shelf by my door, and a cubed white one above my bed. It’s amazing how a few small things make a room feel so different. This is nice!
Christmas
For Christmas my parents had my B.A. framed. I undressed the box and saw what it was, then my mom told me to open it and there it was. Years of work, the paper my father openly admits to never having expected from me. My face burned and I smiled through tears as I thanked my mom.

I picked up papers for the women’s league today. The financial and time expectancies don’t seem extreme. So now I need to come to terms with humiliation and sign up.
It wasn’t the same. My bro is in Maui and my great-aunt is in a rehabilitation center trying to recover from her mishap on December 5. We sent pictures messages to my brother and visited my aunt, but it is not that same. My family consists of one brother, one mom and dad, one grandma, one aunt, one uncle, two cousins and one great-aunt. I have no step sibliings, our family is quite petite....

I think I’m past the age of really enjoying Christmas. It could be that I just worked too much to notice it coming. Golf
I’ve been golfing a lot lately. It’s really relaxing to be out in the sun and only be thinking about one thing. It’s absolute focus. I love it.
